This is a short introduction to sending SMS campaigns via the panel, you can book a call with an SMS marketing specialist to walk you through the sending process and setup with you your first campaigns.

To get started

Make sure you have the following:

1. Active Comm.com account.
2. A list of contacts, we recommend no less than 500.
3. A list of landing pages
4. 3 SMS texts you would like to use

Sending SMS marketing campaign

1. Connect an SMS route
2. Load contacts to platform
   1. File - Go to Audience/Upload
   2. API feed - Automatically submit via API
   3. Optional
      1. Data enrichment (Optional)
         1. MNP/HLR
         2. Conversion pixel - tracking Click,Lead and Sale, bot clicks
         3. Unsubscribes and progress
         4. Custom fields
         5. Conversion pixel
         6. Unsubscribes and progress
      2. Connect dedicated URL shortener domains
3. Make sure you have balance on the route you're planning to send on.
4. Create campaign
   1. Select audience
   2. Create SMS texts, sender id, offers and URL shortener settings
   3. Select sending settings
   4. Update routing settings
   5. Send Manual campaign
   6. Later on:
      1. Setup a multi step or a planner campaigns
