Routing
In the routing section you will be able to see your routing plan and see which rules apply to it. You can add rules there by clicking the Add Rule
button.
Under it you can view an estimation of which routes will be used and why, note that the actual selected by auto
can change during the sending factors as they are dynamically selected.
It's important your contacts have the right carrier for the contact via an MNP lookup or uploaded information.
Texts
The creatives generated will be a part of a creatives group. To start enter the base prompt, the platform will generate suggestions. Than by the ones you allow it will add more options like those.
Ongoing Send
After a campaign is sent, you can view the progress of its sends by going to the campaign page. The campaign page will have different configurations based on its type.
