Segments

Using the query builder you segment contacts which are relevant to a specific contact.

Create segment

Create a segment via the Audience > Segments section.

Segmenting fields

Demographics

1. Country
2. State - can be set as custom field and segmented by it. set automatically by click or field added, connect to timezone calculation
3. Timezone - set when contact added. If a timezone isn't set it will decided by the default timezone.
4. Age
5. Gender
6. device primary language - be taken from click information

Contact

1. Mobile network
2. Validation status
3. Date added
4. Tag

Activity

1. Last sent
2. Last clicked
3. Total clicks
4. Total sent
5. Device information (Android/iphone)- taken form click information
6. Leads count
7. Sales count
